We are running a 5-date indoor farmers/holiday market in December 2020, located in the basement of JoAnn’s at University Hills Plaza, 2500 S. Colorado Blvd, Denver 80222. This shopping center is where we run our largest outdoor market. Note the location may move to the empty Dress Barn space instead and we will confirm by 11/3.

Registration is on a first come/first serve basis and we have room for 40-50 vendors if at JoAnn’s or 20-25 if at Dress Barn. Registration may be completed via email with our packet or online starting 10/16.

Costs

$70 per single date(s)
$150 for 2 dates, 12/12-12/13
$200 for 3 dates, 12/18-12/20
$325 for 5 dates, 12/12, 12/13, 12/18, 12/19, 12/20
$20 Optional 1-time charge for up to 5 dates

Dates

  • Saturday 12/12 11am-7pm

  • Sunday 12/13 12-5pm

  • Friday 12/18 2-7pm

  • Saturday 12/19 11am-7pm

  • Sunday 12/20 12-5pm

Set up is Friday 12/11 from 9-11am and 4-6pm. Tear down is Sunday 12/20 completed by 7:00pm.

Specifics

  • The basement is a large open room with a great line of vision but there is limited wall space.
  • The stairway is wide and has a railing.
  • There is a freight elevator which can be used if needed.
  • If you need assistance with set up and/or tear down, we can provide it at $13/hour.
  • No tents, 6’ tables only.
  • Each space is 8’ wide and is 6-8’ deep.
  • There will be designated aisles.
  • Vendors will be separated by 4-6’.
  • Vendors and customers are required to wear a face covering.
  • Due to COVID-19 restrictions, if you want 2 spaces instead of 1, we will discount the 2nd space by $50 but you are required to participate in all 7 dates.

Marketing

This will be promoted through farmers market, vendors, community engagement, digital campaign (signage, flyer, LED sign, etc.) and other TBD. We ask that you also actively promote this through all available means.
